Led by experienced R&D and engineering teams, a comprehensive evaluation of estimated costs, technical feasibility, and potential risks was conducted. Based on the results, the PH-700A aviation headset project was formally approved for initiation.

ID and structural designs are created and reviewed by the RayTalk R&D team, with mold design initiated to prepare for prototype development.

Mold Testing (10 Days)
Mold Testing (10 Days)
TO mold samples are tested and revised, checking earcup fit, assembly, and casing alignment. Adjustments are made to ensure precise mold approval.

Mold Manufecturing (4-6 Week)
Mold Manufecturing (4-6 Week)
The project enters mold manufacturing, covering earcup and Bluetooth control box molds, splitting,and accessory needs for accurate production.

3D-printed prototype samples are reviewed and approved by the RayTalk team to verify design accuracy and functionality.

Prepare materials and produce pre-production samples for the PH-700. Conduct performance, parameter, and multi-level tests to validate the headset.

Final Acceptance
The PH-700 completes final acceptance, achieving outstanding goals: 30% more noise blocking,high-fidelity sound, and dual-feed ANC mics replaceable in either earcup.

The project enters the mold-making phase, including the shoulder mic housing injection mold, PTT silicone mold, and metal parts for precise production.

The RSM-800 has successfully passed Customer B’s final acceptance, delivering excellent results: IP67 waterproof, durable in harsh environments, sensitive voice pickup, clear audio, and superior communication quality.
